Always good friendly staff well managed restaurant. Food is good and the experience always good proudly South African.

Visited on a weekday lunchtime with my elderly mother. Service was quick, and mother benefited from a senior menu, which entitled her to a glass of wine with a reduced price main course. I had a steak &amp; chicken wing combo, which was served with chips and fried onion rings. It was cooked ok, and very hot, although a little tough. Pretty much what I would expect from an establishment of this type. Had a soft scoop ice cream and chocolate sauce to finish, which was pretty good.

Spur has been around as long as I can remember. As a kid I loved Spur. My kids also loved Spur. Spur has lost its sparkle. The service between Spur&#39;s varies depending on the franchise owner. Since taking away the salad bar there is far less reason for me to go to Spur. For the price that you pay at Spur you could add 10% more and go to a nice middle of the range restaurant.
